Hello there! Thank you for showing interest and love for our crafts. All our products are handmade from scratch. We take pride in every piece we make from start to finish and each item goes through strict quality checks before they are sent to their new homes. We want YOU to receive our products in the most perfect condition! Do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help!
Once order is placed, do allow 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and PH) to process your orders. Delays may to occur during festive periods and we seek your understanding. For any urgent orders or enquiries do drop us a DM on IG @buds.andthorns .
We offer free domestic shipping above S$80.
Domestic (Singapore) : $4.50 | 1-3 working days
International (Asia) : $16 | 7-14 working days
International (Rest of the world) : TBC | 14 - 28 working days
We encourage all customers to check your orders before making payment as any cancellations made after order is placed or processed will incur an admin charge of $5.
Cancellation, refunds or amendments will not be allowed 48 hours after order is placed.
Strictly no exchanges or refunds for items that are purchased in the wrong size. Hence, we highly recommend you to refer to our size guide to avoid any disappointment.
However, in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item(s) or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours via IG @buds.andthorns with your order number.
In the unlikely event where you receive a wrong or defective item, DM us on Instagram with your order number together with an image of the affected item within 48 hours upon receiving it to be *eligible for an exchange or refund.

Loose parts not sewn properly
Defective Velcro
Major marker, pen , glue stains.
